Julian Eames has served as Executive Vice President of Business Operations at F5 Networks since January 2001. From October 2000 to January 2001, he served as Vice President of Professional Services for F5. Prior to joining the company, Eames was Vice President of e-Business Services for IBM. From June 1992 to September 1999, Eames served as the European Services Director and the Worldwide Vice President of Customer Service for Sequent Computer Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of high-end open systems, which was sold to IBM in September 1999. From November 1987 to June 1992, he was Regional Service Manager in the United Kingdom for Sun Microsystems. Eames holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies from Bristol Polytechnic, and in 1994 he completed the Senior Executive Program at the London Business School.
