Keith D. Grinstein

Director

Keith D. Grinstein has served as one of the directors of F5 since December 1999. He is also board chair for Coinstar, Inc., a self-service kiosk solutions company, and Lead Outside Director for Nextera, Inc., an economics consulting firm. In addition, Grinstein is a partner of Second Avenue Partners, a venture capital fund. Grinstein's past experience includes serving as President, CEO, and Vice Chair of Nextel International, and as President and CEO of the Aviation Communications Division of AT&T Wireless Services (formerly McCaw Communications). Grinstein received a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Georgetown University.
