Laurie Likai

Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Laurie Likai is Senior Vice President of Human Resources and has led F5's Human Resources organization since 2003 when she accepted the role of HR Director. In 2007 she was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and responsible for F5's global Human Resources function. Likai oversees the company's human capital management strategy, partnering with businesses leaders around the world to develop the talent and leadership needed to foster innovation and drive sustainable growth.

Prior to joining F5, Likai oversaw the HR programs at a variety of technology firms in the Pacific Northwest including Getty Images and Go2Net/InfoSpace. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Washington.
