BIG-IP^® Advanced Routing Modules allow BIG-IP to manage the routing information used by traffic traversing networks and to share that information with other devices. BGP, RIP, and OSPF Modules all enable better interoperability within the corporate network.

Border Gateway Protocol (BGP)

Enables ISPs to connect to each other. The module also allows end users to connect to more than one ISP, which improves availability.

Routing Information Protocol (RIPv1 & RIPv2)

Improves performance by allowing network routers to adapt dynamically to changing network connections.

Open Shortest Path First (OSPF)

Distributes routing information between routers and chooses the least-cost path as the best path, saving money and improving performance.
