Get fast access to F5’s Professional Services Team
Often projects that are smaller in scope need quick access to an F5 Consultant to assist with design issues, configuration changes, or just to validate your implementation plans. With their extensive experience and knowledge of F5 products, our consultants can help you with these smaller, fast-turnaround requests.
The F5 Consulting OnDemand service is designed to handle a request within one to two business days and is currently available only in North America. The scope of the project should be less than 16 hours in duration and is billed at an hourly rate of $350.00 USD. Projects that are estimated longer than 16 hours will be handled as a custom statement of work-driven engagement, subject to current lead times (usually 2-3 weeks).

Service Details
- F5 Consulting OnDemand is designed to provide fast response times to projects that are small in scope, requiring a minimum of two hours and a maximum of 16 hours. F5 Consulting OnDemand requests that require more than 16 hours of development time may be fulfilled at the discretion of F5. You will be billed for all hours consumed during the engagement. The hourly billable rate is $350.00 USD.
- A Professional Services Consultant will call you to determine whether your request fits within the scope of the F5 Consulting OnDemand service. Requests falling outside the scope of F5 Consulting OnDemand will be referred to the Professional Services Sales team to obtain a detailed scope of work (SOW) and separate quote.
- Upon submission of the request form, an F5 Consultant will contact you within one business day to confirm your request details and obtain billing information and any necessary technical documentation (such as configurations and network diagrams).
- The F5 Consultant will begin to fulfill the request after receiving all necessary documentation.
- Payment is due immediately after the hours have been delivered. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are the only accepted methods of payment at this time.
- Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Pacific Time (excluding U.S. holidays).
- This service is only available in the United States and Canada and requires an F5 Standard, Premium, or Premium Plus Service contract covering the device on which the service will be implemented. All service transactions are conducted in English only. No other services (reports, design reviews, configuration, etc.) are provided with this service.
