What does the conference registration fee include?


The registration fee includes all meals and entertainment for the duration of the conference. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodation charges, as well as travel expenses.

How can I change information after I have submitted my registration?


To change your registration information, please send an email to the registration support desk at F5@sei-mi.com with the changes you would like to make.

How can I get a summary of my registration form?


F5 will send you a copy of the information you entered in your confirmation email. Please check it carefully and send any changes to F5@sei-mi.com. You will also receive detailed event instructions in the week prior to the event.

What if I need to cancel my registration?


All cancellations must be submitted in writing to F5@sei-mi.com.

Now–December 15: Full Refund
December 16–February 15: 50% Refund
February 16–March 19: No Refund

What is the conference substitution policy?


If you can't attend the conference, a substitute from your company may attend at no additional charge. Please submit your substitution request to F5@sei-mi.com.

What should I do if I get an error message during registration?


If you receive an error message during registration, please review the last item you entered. If the error is not apparent and can't be resolved, please copy and paste the error message into an email and send it to the registration support desk at F5@sei-mi.com.

How do I make special requests?


To make a special request, please send an email detailing your request to the registration support desk at F5@sei-mi.com.

Do I need to fill out all fields to complete and submit my registration?


Only the fields marked with an * are mandatory.

Where do I get my conference badge?


You will receive your conference badge when you arrive at the Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin Resort Registration will begin Sunday, March 14 in the Dolphin Tower convention lobby. You will be required to wear your badge at all times, so we know you are part of Agility.

Conference badges are required to enter the final night celebration.

Is there a dress code?


The dress code is business casual.

Can I bring guests?


We offer a special guest rate for any guests over 21 years of age to participate in the Solutions Expo and final night event. We are unable to admit minor children into the venues.
