The F5 AppWorld 30th Anniversary Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by F5, Inc., 801 5th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104 (“Sponsor”).
The Giveaway begins on Tuesday, March 10,2026 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on Thursday, March 13,2026 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Giveaway Term”). Sponsor’s computer systems are the official timekeeping devices for the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is open to international attendees physically present at the event, where permitted by local law. Sponsor reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion, and its determination of eligibility is final. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Giveaway is not intended to influence any business decision or improperly favor Sponsor. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the Giveaway and acceptance of any prize complies with their employer’s rules and requirements. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the Giveaway.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. No consideration necessary.
Eligible attendees may enter by scanning the official Cvent QR code at the F5 30th Anniversary booth during the Giveaway Term and completing the entry process as instructed.
Limit one (1) entry per attendee for the entire Giveaway Term. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Two (2) prize packages will be awarded. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Term (i.e. 2 divided by the total number of eligible entries received). For example, if 1,000 eligible entries are received, the odds of winning a prize package are 2:1,000 (1:500). Actual odds will vary.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize package is $500 USD. Prizes will be shipped to winners after the event. No cash alternative is available. Prizes are nontransferable and may not be substituted by the winner. Shipping costs will be paid by Sponsor. Winner is responsible for any tax, duties, or other fees.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if, in Sponsor’s sole determination, the advertised prize becomes unavailable or otherwise cannot be delivered to an eligible winner.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Term. For a copy of the winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address listed above within sixty (60) days after the end of the Giveaway Term.
Winners will be notified by email no later than Friday, March 20,2026 using the contact information provided at entry. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is deemed ineligible, or fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and international taxes, duties, or fees associated with receipt or use of the prize. Sponsor makes no representations regarding tax treatment and recommends consulting a tax professional.
As a condition of receiving a prize, each winner must sign an affidavit and release in which the winner (i) grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, and/or voice for promotional and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation (unless prohibited by law; and (ii) releases Sponsor and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from all liability, claims, and causes of action relating to participation in the Giveaway and acceptance or use of any prize. If a winner fails to return the signed releases within seven (7) calendar days of receipt, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Each prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties about the quality, condition, or other features of the prize and will have no liability therefor.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions. Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, force majeure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for the administration of this Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policies available at http://www.f5.com/company/policies/privacy-notice.
The Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
