F5's Technical Support has been great…they will go the extra mile to help you with configuration and iRules. DevCentral is a great site that offers iRules examples. The GUI to configure BIG-IP LTM is easy to use and there is plenty of documentation to help guide you through the process which is much better than the Cisco ACE or Juniper DX.
