This F5 deployment guide provides information on configuring the LTM with the new iApp template for Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015 (formerly Lync Server), available for download, as well as manual configuration guidance. This deployment guide is the result of collaboration and interoperability testing between Microsoft and F5 Networks using Microsoft Lync Server and Skype for Business Server and the BIG-IP LTM. Microsoft requires hardware load balancing for Skype for Business Web Services.
