Set above Akaska’s embassies, trendy restaurants, and hotels, this open office is a welcoming, impromptu-brainstorming place to work. And, our “open door” policy means leadership is always available for chats.
Sales, global services, administrative, and marketing people make the most of their time in the office—and away from it. Seasonal events include Sushi in Spring and a celebration of shochu, a distilled beverage from Kyushu. We’ve got hardcore joggers in the office who are known to motivate co-workers with texts. We’re also active in our larger Tokyo community, supporting various children’s charities.
