Overview
F5 Aspen Mesh (the “Service”) enables service providers migrating from 4G virtualized network functions (VNF) to the service-based architecture (SBA) of 5G, which relies on a microservice infrastructure.
Roles of the parties
Under the data protection laws of the EU and similar jurisdictions, F5 is a processor of the customer data, and the customer is, or acts on behalf of, a controller of such data, to the extent it contains personal data.
Personal Data Processed by the Service
F5 does not process personal data through the Service. To the extent the Service processes personal data, this happens entirely within the customer’s network.
