More than half of organizations have projects underway toward AI-assisted business

In the past year, the COVID-19 pandemic vastly accelerated global digital transformation toward a more data-driven future. Operations staff on the front lines of change have distinct views on the tools and insights they need, as well as the challenges their organizations must overcome to continue their progress toward a more data-driven future.

Key findings from XOps respondents show:

• Multi-cloud availability is even more important to XOps respondents than to global respondents, on average.
• More XOps respondents report they’re missing tools they need to report on the health of high-priority business applications.
• More than two-thirds of XOps respondents reported confidence in their ability to protect their organizations' applications and APIs.
• Additional operational teams will likely be required to convert extensive telemetry into insights and actions as digital transformation continues into AI-assisted business.
