Delivering Innovative, Secure E-Services to the People of Ajman

How do you deliver innovative online services to citizens while protecting personal information and data? This is the challenge facing the Department of Digital Ajman, which is responsible for the digital transformation of government agencies in Ajman, one of the largest cities in the U.A.E.

In recent years, the organization has helped the government launch dozens of services via a website and the AjmanOne smartphone app. From electronic payments to health, transportation, and education services, the citizens of Ajman can now access vital information and assistance wherever there is an online connection.

Since 2008, the Department has partnered with F5 to maintain uncompromising levels of security and performance as its IT infrastructure evolves. This includes migration to a hybrid cloud architecture running approximately 300 applications, and the future deployment of blockchain and AI-based services.
