Overview

F5 Workforce AI Security (the “Service”) is AI governance platform that operates by analyzing and securing generative AI traffic at the network level. The Service helps customers to monitor AI usage across humans, applications, and autonomous agents and mitigate risks with a real-time, bidirectional AI content filtering based on tailored customer-based policies

Roles of the Parties

Under the data protection laws of the EU and similar jurisdictions, F5 is a processor of the customer data, and the customer is, or acts on behalf of, a controller of such data, to the extent it contains personal data.

Personal Data Processed by the Service

The Service processes data from prompts or responses observed or recorded, and/or any HTTP data sent by the customer.The personal information is used to operate and provide the Service and to understand how customers use the Service
