Who’s eligible and how to request sensors?

All active BIG-IP customers qualify for complimentary CrowdStrike Falcon sensor subscriptions through October 14^th, 2027. For all new requests and renewals for existing deployments, simply open the form linked above and provide the required information.

Terms and Conditions

• All CrowdStrike Falcon sensor subscriptions obtained via this offer will expire on October 14^th, 2027.
• This offer can only be combined with BIG-IP devices that have an active F5 support contract.
• CrowdStrike Falcon sensors can only be used with supported BIG-IP platforms and software versions, details of which can be found here.
• Effective October 15, 2026, customers must implement a third-party EDR Enablement license from F5 for each BIG-IP device where CrowdStrike Falcon sensors will be deployed.
