Cooper Werner
Chief Financial Officer
Cooper Werner is the Chief Financial Officer of F5. He oversees F5's worldwide financial planning, analysis, accounting, reporting, and internal auditing procedures, as well as investor relations.
Werner joined F5 in 2001 and, since 2012 has served as F5’s Senior Vice President, Finance. He received a B.A. in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
