Getting Started with Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
This course is structured around a scenario where you are a BIG-IP APM administrator. The scenario for each lesson builds on the previous lesson. The ultimate goal is to build out a solution where the corporate users’ access to the internet is controlled by Secure Web Gateway.
The course is divided into seven lessons. The first lesson is a high level overview intended for all audiences. The remaining lessons take you through a step-by-step implementation of a basic, but complete SWG solution. The second, third and fourth lessons are based on LTM and are review for many customers. They cover Server SSL Profiles, Certificates, and Forward Proxy and Forwarding Virtual Server. The fifth lesson, Captive Portal, is based on APM. The last two lessons are based on SWG and cover IP Intelligence and SSL Proxy Bypass.
This course will introduce you to BIG-IP APM Secure Web Gateway (SWG). The first lesson is a high level overview intended for all audiences. The second lesson takes you through the step-by-step implementation of a basic, but complete SWG solution. The web-based training also includes a follow-along lab guide that includes all the configuration steps shown in the videos. The course is based on user-centered simulations and will take 61 minutes to complete.
